I just had to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful work. As you know, we've been experiencing some problems with our Noritz Tankless Water Heater System. You have graciously come out on a couple of occasions to take a look at it. As it turns out, the Noritz representatives needed to send their expert technicians out and there was a defect in the unit itself. While they were here going over every little detail, they complimented the fine installation, commented that it was probably the best one they had seen in the field. Of course, I was thrilled that you had installed our system. I had to pass along the positive feedback, and I hope you hear great things about your work every day!
